well, you can avoid a peirod every month if you want. when it comes time to take the blue reminder pills, just start taking the next month's supply then. every 3-4 months, take the reminder pills and let your body have the cycle. my wife does it and it's rad cause you can have sex for like 4 months straight without a period. and believe it or not, it's not way heavier like you'd think.

Depends when it starts. Your period may not start for the first few days of the seven day break, like myself, or it may be shorter.
