Well first of all, I'm sure you look fine the way you are.
That being said, maybe you'd ultimately just like to feel better... have more energy.
The best advice I can give is wake up earlier and go to bed earlier, and never skip breakfast. My favorite breakfast is 2 egg whites, a slice of dry whole wheat toast and a piece of fruit.
People say drink alot of water, but I HATE water, so I drink Crystal Light. At only 5 calories per glass, it's a good choice.
Also, take your kids to the park... They LOVE it, and chasing after energetic kids (even for 20 minutes) burns quite a few calories.
One more word of advice, I have spoken to a few mom's that have actually gained weight gradually as their kids got older and they blame it on "sampling & snacking" on their childrens' food. This is a big no no. Try your best to resist. (yes even those tasty fruit snacks.)
