You probably don't eat NEAR enough food. Start eating 5-6 smaller meals per day (and a big breakfast) and beginning a real exercise program, not just pushups and situps. Start with a full body program including major movements such as squats, stiff leg deadlifts, bench press. These movements offer more of a metabolic flux, and will leave your metabolism boosted for up to 24 hours after.
Somewhere I read that women feel the cold more than men; something about body temperature. Especially thinner ladies.

In offices it's not unusual for the women to want the thermostat higher while men like a lower temperature. Hope this helps!
no idea
I feel for you! You likely have low-normal blood pressure, and you like to "share" your heat. I bet people have commented that you radiate heat.I am the same way; if I am idle at work I FREEZE and my fingernails turn blue. I try walk around, lift stuff and I can warm up pretty fast. What is your normal healthy body temp? "normal" is 98.6 but for me normal is about 97..trying to stay home from school sick as a kid was hard! At 98 I really did have a low greade fever!

Not much you can do, try drinking coffee or cocoa, get a little space heater for the room you're in, and the workouts may help some too.
