Am i correct?
My grandma just turned 94 god bless her. She still cooks and cleans every day and really only takes one pill for her arthritus. She is healther than me and I am mid 30s. LOL. She has all her wits and is awsome. She has always cooked her own meals. <aside from going to good restruants> She has NEVER eaten fast food.. If she has desert, its like pie from a bakery or a biscotti or something of that nature.not twinkies and ring dings lol. do you think the self cooking and no fast food / junk food is what makes her so healthy? She lives in bklyn and doesnt exercize and never has. So the air / water around her isnt the best..its really the only thing I can see...other than she is one of the really lucky people who age really well.
Is there a suppliment that can be taken for horrible smelling farts?

It could very well be the self cooking. She knows what goes into her recipies! There is also genes, and the environment in which she grew up. The world today is much different than the time when she was young.
