I had the beer at around 10:00pm the night before and took the drug test at around 3:00pm the next day.

You have nothing to worry about. Your body will metabolize about one ounce of alcohol per hour, which is about the amount of alcohol in one strong beer. Allowing two hours for absorption from the stomach, all the alcohol was probably out of your system by 1:00 am that morning.
