Anyhow, men should have as many "partners" as he wants. However, they can't have more than One partner and be safe from disease. Chances for disease increase greatly when multiple partners are introduced. As soon as one of your partners contracts it from another, it will be passed on to you, and you will probably past it to your other partners. So, if you don't want to catch AIDS, my advice is you cut it down to one partner. Even then, exercise caution; you and your partner should test for STDs regularly. And a lubricated condom wouldn't hurt either
