In my humble opinion, I would say no. IF you smell a roast chicken, does that mean that you now have microscopic pieces of chicken in your nose? I am sure you will say no.

If the matter of what we smell goes into our nose every time we smell something - then I think our nose will be clogged up very quickly. Imagine someone working as a chef in the kitchen, they will have no room in the nostril within an hour. Yet, this does not happen.

However, I think I know what may be your concern. Well, let me tell you that we come in contact with more dirty, germ-infested objects in a day than what the germs you might be worrying about the smell of fart getting into your nose.
