Haha, hmm, I guess it depends on how you laugh. I think most people just use their diaphram muscle, which doesn't really need to be worked out (its the muscle you constantly use in order to breath!). However, I suppose if you have a really deep belly laugh, you may give your intercostals a little workout.

Wether or not its good for those abs, laughter is a great exercise for the soul! Keep laughing!

not specifically. you might contract your abdominals but not to a great degree. youre betteroff doing two sets of 25 repetitions of situps alternate days. this will exercise your abdominals even ten times harder
