You know those bumps you get on your tongue?

Are they 'inflamed taste buds'? How do you avoid them? What causes them? How can you get rid of them?

I've had one for a couple of days now, and it's friggen' driving me nuts!

I tried biting them off before, but that REALLY hurts!

where do I look for personal care products online?

I had that and worse. I also burned the inside of my mouth with spicy food (buffaloe chicken wings). After having my tongue and mouth a mess for 2 months (it was heck) I decided to try mouth wash and it helped. There is a Colgate Peroxide mouthwash that helped.
But I also talked to my dentist office. She said I should have called sooner as they have a prescription for a mouth wash just for the problem. So I could have healed it sooner.

Find out what you are eatting that is causing it and stay away from it (spicy, salty, acidic).

cyclist this morning, kensington, lycra shorts, thong, wobbly butt, to distracting for us drivers. thong ban?

they are caused by either spicy or sour foods. its just too much for your taste buds to handle. To get rid of it just let them heal or take ibuprofen or put ice on your tongue.
