Besides drinking coffee, is there an easier way to wake up faster?

I have a really hard time getting up in the morning. I am in college and have missed a lot of my morning classes due to this problem. I had the same problem in high school, but it's worse now.

I also have a hard time falling asleep as well.

(note: i do not drink or do drugs.that is not the problem)

No mean answers please!

how long do drugs stay in your system?

i have heard that eating in the apple in the morning can wake you up better than coffee. i know it sounds crazy, but something about the crunch and whatnot really helps get you going! give it a try!

I've heard the same thing; it's worth a shot.
Why not go to bed earlier or find out why you're not able to sleep? You should be getting 8 hours a night. If you are and you're still tired, see a doctor.

You're not going to believe (this at first) but... Sleep Apnea.

I had it for over 50 years & never knew it. Now that I've been diagnosed & have the appropriate "fix"... my life is 300% better. (and more important. I'll live longer)... Sleep Apnea is associated with heart disease because of the reduced oxygen in your blood.
