Ya know I was just in search of the same answer--I asked my dr and pharmacist.. they both said a daily mulit-vitamin.. Now I know natural products are controversial, I am a natural healer and user of natural products myself, but unfortunately none of the herbal products are in concrete for what they claim to do. A good diet of whole natural foods, cut out garbage, poisons such as artificial sweeteners, limit immune system depleters..Drink lots of filtered natural water and just find a good vitamin.
There are immune boosters but they are available to cancer patients and those type of health problems.
