Im 24yrs and i get suffer with breathing problem because of dust and cool environment.please solve my problem?
i have well develop body but i suffer because of this problem, when this problem starts i dont know what is going around me for few minutes like 5 to 10 minutes

I have some points for you and if you follow them Asthama would not have any impact on you.
1. Start doing Yoga (Pranayam - daily once a day for atleast 30 minutes). You will not need any steriods (Inhalers) and any medicine like Unicontin/Derry phylene)
