how long will the aids virus live on a surgical instrument?

If you are going to a legitimate hospital or doctor they sterilize all surgical instrument between surgeries. When they sterilize they they put it in a machine that kills everything.
So don't worry hospitals won't be that stupid.

it can survive once its 'airborne' for like 6 seconds or so. like if somebody with AIDS cuts theirself with a knife, i heard its 6 seconds it can 'live' in the blood on the knife.
