Depends on your age and whether you thyroid is working, I dont have a thyroid, so I take more, thyroid is a huge balancing game, too much and you mess your heart up, too little and you mess your heart up, dont play around with it, thyroid also can sap the calcium from your bones. Just take what you are supposed to.
