antibiotics will cure it.. ask your doctor about it.. strep throat is a bacterial infection, you might wanna try a gram-specific drugs for that.

Without more detail, I can only say avoid citrus drinks (orange, lemon etc.) since they can irritate. If you also have a fever, it could be a sign of a more serious condition like strep or tonsillitis. See your doctor if your symptoms get worse. Until your sore throat is diagnosed, don't take antibiotics.

fresh lemon and honey in hot water -fab for vit c.zinc and echinacea lozenges from the health store work well.look afer yourself,wrap up warm when you are out ,wear a scarf.avoid dairy products until you are better as they are muscus producing and make colds and sore throats etc worse.gargle with soluble aspirin ,before swallowing it.

As long as you don't have high blood pressure you can take pure lemon juice (about 2 tablespoons) and mix with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and drink this. It will cure the sore throat for about a day. Good luck!

It depends!! If you want to go to the doctor you can get anti-biotics. This might or might not work because if its a virus anti-biotics wont work. Anti-biotics only work on bacterial infections.
